Wine and Cheese Party Showcases local cheeses

This weekend we had a great selection of local cheese and non-local wines selected for us by the incomparable Andy McCabe of Vergennes Wine and Liquors. Look out soon for more on Andy and his wine-lover’s poetry. For now, let’s plug some sweet local cheeses and give you the pairings we worked out based on Andy’s excellent and affordable selection:
